Bookings for a sailing school
They took course bookings by phone and WhatsApp, with overbooking every summer. Now students book on their own and the school sees occupancy in real time.

The problem
A sailing school with two instructors handled bookings by phone and messages. Every summer places overlapped and refunds were done by hand.
What I built
I built a web application where students pick a course, a date and a place, and the school controls the occupancy of each boat. Payment and cancellations follow rules we defined together.
