Paperless orders for a carpentry workshop
Orders lived in a notebook and a spreadsheet only the owner understood. Now there is a panel where they come in, get scheduled and get billed.

The problem
A three-person carpentry workshop managed its orders with a notebook and an inherited spreadsheet. Every quote was copied by hand twice and nobody knew which piece to cut on Monday.
What I built
I built a custom internal tool: orders come in from a phone, get scheduled on a workshop calendar and generate the quote and the invoice without typing anything twice.
